Robust Semi-rigid boat with lightweight single-layer aluminum hull. The new breed of lightweight RIBs dramatically reduces that weight

The 4 models of “HSR AL” boats —— 2.5m, 2.7m, 2.9m, and 3.1m.

Normal RIBs have a double-wall hull—the flat sole (floor) section and the V-shaped hull below it. We have attached great importance to the equipment of the “HSR AL” boats, which doesn’t have a double bottom due to weight savings, so as to develop great cruising speed with low power engine.

Air chambers of “HSR AL” boats are built with top level German Mehler Valmex PVC or Hypalon Orca fabric, that is heavy duty and long lifetime fabric with extreme resistance against UV, cuts, abrasions, wear and tear, which is also a fabric with excellent resistance against moisture, temperature and corruption.

The Aluminum Hull of these tender RIB boats is built with marine grade Aluminum Alloy, with excellent resistance to corrosion in sea water, good strength and weldability. The hull is also power coated to ensure long time protection with essential color.
